Blue Terra Capital Ltd was established by Andreas Karas in April 2021 to consolidate his interests in certain Bahamas islands in the Abacos as well as some of his international beneficial interests.

Given the close proximity of Bahamas to the United States, in this world where cash is in relative abundance chasing good investment opportunities it was a natural choice to select this little paradise as the melting pot where relationships from across the world converge for funding while optimizing tax planning for the parties involved under a strong English law legal framework.
