Alex Carré de Malberg has 31 years of experience in M&A, fundraising and financing and has advised on more than 200 transactions since 1993. He co-founded Alexander Partners in 2015 which then merged in 2022 with Carlsquare, a mid market European investment bank with 90 professionals in 11 offices in Europe and North America. Alex is a Managing Partner at Carlsquare.
Alex had previously worked on the Executive Committee of Commercial Bank Qatar sole in charge of investment banking, asset management and brokerage activities, Head of Investment Banking at Abu Dhabi Investment Company/InvestAD (wholly owned by Mubadala) and Managing Director at Rothschild in Paris. He started his investment banking career as an analyst at Lazard Freres in New York, followed by manager at Peregrine (Hong Kong).
